Shipping & Delivery

Half Pint Shop offers free shipping on domestic US Orders over $50 USD (USPS First Class 5-7 day shipping). For orders under $50, shipping will be calculated based on weight for USPS First Class shipping. You can upgrade your order to USPS Priority 2-Day for $5. Registered customers receive free USPS First Class shipping on all US domestic orders. To create a free account with us click here. Please see below for shipping details on Oeuf furniture orders.

Once we receive your order, in stock merchandise will ship within 24-48 hours (M-F). If placing a pre-order, please check the product page for our most current shipping estimate. Once your order is sent you will receive an email with tracking information. 
If you place separate orders, we usually combine when shipping. If you'd like your orders shipped separately please let us know.

For international orders, customers have the option of selecting shipping via USPS First-Class International Service, USPS Priority Mail International, or USPS Express International with tracking. Based on your selection, shipping is calculated upon check out. If you select USPS First-Class International Service, please note that tracking is provided but we are not responsible for delivery. Customers are responsible for all applicable duties, tariffs and customs fees. Sorry, we cannot accomodate requests to adjust declared value amounts on customs forms - our system automatically declares the full price value. Please note that international orders are final sale.

Please note that returned orders to us due to an incorrect address require a $5 charge to re-ship. This insures fast turn-around and 2-day priority mail shipping (under 13oz).

OEUF FURNITURE ORDERS:

We're happy to offer free U.S. shipping on furniture.
Ships via freight - estimated 2-3 weeks. Customers will be notified if any products are on backorder. 
Furniture is final sale. Once your order is confirmed by Oeuf we cannot cancel. 

US DELIVERY TIME
Most often furniture is in stock at Oeuf and available for immediate delivery. Orders are generally shipped from the warehouse within 3 to 4 business days, unless otherwise indicated. Please consider this packing time when selecting your shipping method. Also remember to NOT include weekends or holidays in calculating the estimated transit time for your shipment. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information.
Delivery times range of 1-10 business days from receipt of tracking information, depending on your location. Items are shipped from Yardville, NJ or Brooklyn, NY.

US SHIPPING METHOD
Smaller furniture items ship by FedEx Ground, but orders containing large items (including dressers, twin beds and bunk beds) ship by freight service. Large orders with multiple furniture pieces that Oeuf deems necessary, will also ship via freight service. It is important to track your shipment to know when to expect delivery. Delivery drivers will only bring the order inside the door of the residence, so you should arrange to have help in order to move the pieces to their final placement.
Shipment notification will be sent via email with the tracking number and shipping information. For furniture orders, please track your shipment frequently in order to arrange to be home when it arrives.
If you order furniture and other items in the same order, the items will ship separately. You will receive a separate confirmation for each shipment.

Returns

Sale items are final and no returns or exchanges are permitted. Items discounted more than 30% are final sale. If noted, certain promotions may not be eligible for returns as well. Oeuf furniture and Sirch wood toys are final sale.

International orders are final sale. Sorry, no returns or exchanges.

Pre-orders can be canceled for a full refund within 7 business days of ordering. After this pre-orders can be canceled for store credit. 

Half Pint Shop accepts returns for store credit within 30 days of order date. Store credit is valid for one year from date of issue. We cannot accept merchandise that is not in unused condition. Items must still be in their original packaging, have all tags attached and in sellable condition (unworn/unwashed/no stains). Shipping charges are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for return shipping charges. We recommend that you send your returns with tracking as we cannot process returns for merchandise not received. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
If you would like to return an item, please email info@halfpintshop.com within 7 days of receiving your order and we will send you a merchandise return form.
Once received, returns are processed within 7 business days. You will receive an email when we receive when your store credit is issued. 
Half Pint Shop inspects every order before shipping, but refunds will be accepted for merchandise that is damaged or defective. Please contact us at info@halfpintshop.com within 48 hours of receiving your order if you believe you've received a damaged item.

If you see an item priced lower somewhere else, please contact us with a screenshot of the item and price at info@halfpintshop.com. You can also contact us via our Live Chat in the bottom right hand corner. We're sorry, but we can not adjust prices on previous orders.
