Our terms, summarized: We're happy to offer free US shipping for registered customers and for orders over $50. We accept returns for store credit for most orders. Furniture, baby gear, decor, toy and certain sale orders are noted as final sale. If you are unsatisfied, please contact us as we will try to make it right. If you receive an item that is damaged please let us know as we can ship replacement pieces to you. Half Pint Shop offers free shipping on domestic US Orders over $50 USD (USPS First Class 5-7 day shipping unless otherwise noted). For orders under $50, shipping will be calculated based on weight for USPS First Class shipping. You can upgrade your order to USPS Priority 2-Day for $5. Registered customers receive free USPS First Class shipping on all US domestic orders. To create a free account with us click here. Please note that Dockatot and Lorena Canals orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii have a $35 shipping fee. The following items ship via UPS or FedEx: Dockatot, Gautier Studio, Fiona Walker, Lorena Canals, Bonnsu, Sirch, Playsam and Monroe Workshop. We cannot guarantee a delivery date, especially during peak shipping times.
Once we receive your order, in stock merchandise will ship within 24-48 hours (M-F). Please note certain items, especially furniture, have longer processing times. If placing a pre-order, please check the product page for our most current shipping estimate. Once your order is sent you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track your order via the Order Status page. If you have created an account, you can view your orders in the Your Account page.
In the rare case that your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your order, please contact us so we can assist you. We always suggest shipping to a secure location and to check your tracking information regularly. Half Pint Shop is not liable for missing or stolen packages, but we are happy to assist you in any way we can.
International Orders: Customers have the option of selecting shipping via USPS First-Class International Service, USPS Priority Mail International, or USPS Express International with tracking. Based on your selection, shipping is calculated upon check out. If you select USPS First-Class International Service, please note that tracking is provided but we are not responsible for delivery. Customers are responsible for all applicable duties, tariffs and customs fees. Sorry, we cannot accomodate requests to adjust declared value amounts on customs forms - our system automatically declares the full price value. Please note that international orders are final sale. Returned Orders: Please note that orders returned to us due to an incorrect address require a $5 charge to re-ship. This insures fast turn-around and 2-day priority mail shipping (under 13oz). Refused orders that are sent back to us will be issued as a return via store credit, with a 15% restocking fee.
Furniture Orders: We're happy to offer free U.S. shipping on furniture. Please note the processing times on items; most take 3-5 days to ship. Once your order is confirmed we cannot cancel. We try our best to stay updated on stock, but if something is out of stock we will notify you immediately. Most furniture orders ship via FedEx, UPS Ground or freight. Please make sure you are checking the color you are selecting when ordering furniture products as exchanges are not possible. Furniture is final sale, due to the high cost of shipping. If you have a problem with your order or have any questions please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you receive a damaged piece we will have a replacement shipped to you as soon as possible.
Half Pint Shop inspects every in stock order before shipping and refunds will be accepted for merchandise that is received damaged or defective. Furniture, decor or gear items that are received damaged will be replaced. Please contact us at email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving your order if you believe you've received a damaged item. If you receive furntiure that is damaged in transit please provide us a photo as well as any piece numbers (for furniture, there should be a sticker with the item number on every piece).
Half Pint Shop accepts returns for store credit within 30 days of order date, but you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order if you would like to return. Store credit is valid for one year from date of issue. We cannot accept merchandise that is not in unused condition. Items must still be in their original packaging, have all tags attached and in sellable condition (unworn/unwashed/no stains). Shipping charges are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for return shipping charges. We recommend that you send your returns with tracking as we cannot process returns for merchandise not received. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Sale items are final and no returns or exchanges are permitted. Items discounted more than 30% are final sale. Beauty products and essential oils are final sale. If noted, certain promotions may not be eligible for returns as well. Oeuf furniture, Kalon Studio, Gautier Studio, Lorena Canals, Fiona Walker, Dockatot, January Moon, Bonnsu, Playsam and Sirch wood toys are final sale.
Pre-orders can be canceled for a full refund within 7 business days of ordering. After this pre-orders can be canceled for store credit.
If you would like to return an item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving your order and we will send you a merchandise return form. Return must be received within 30 days of your order date. Once received, returns are processed within 7 business days. You will receive an email when we receive when your store credit is issued.
Please note that we do not allow price adjustments on previous orders.
